Return Policy

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, return requests will no longer be accepted.

• All items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

• Hair products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

• For returns requested after 30 days, a $3 warranty fee is required to process the return.

• Hair must not be altered, worn, or treated in any way — this includes using electric tools such as flat irons, curling irons, or blow dryers. Items showing any signs of use or styling will not be eligible for return.

We do not accept returns on liquid products, including shampoos, conditioners, and other hair care items.
